Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and qt99 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the qt99 website accessible at https://qt99.cam, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment facilities, customer support services and any other features offered through the Platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Platform, registering a Member account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or using any feature of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility conditions must be satisfied before a person may register a qt99 account or use any part of the Services. qt99 reserves the right to verify compliance with these conditions at any time and to suspend or close accounts where a breach is discovered.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. It is a strict condition of membership that all players are aged 21 or older. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of another person, or by automated means, are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep that information updated at all times. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or any other responsible gaming restriction that prohibits your participation on the Platform.
• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Access to or use of online gaming may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

qt99 reserves the right to decline or terminate any account registration at its sole discretion, including where it determines that an applicant does not meet the eligibility requirements set out above or where providing services to a particular user would conflict with applicable law or internal risk management policies.

Account Registration and Security

Each eligible person may hold exactly one (1) qt99 account. Operating more than one account simultaneously, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of any balances and permanent closure of all associated accounts. If you believe you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact the qt99 support team immediately via the email address provided in the footer of this page.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qt99 account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password and any one-time passcodes issued to your device. You must not share your login credentials with any other person for any reason.

• All transactions conducted using your account credentials are deemed to be authorised by you, regardless of whether they were actually carried out by you personally.
• You must notify qt99 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact the support team using the email address in the footer of this page.
• qt99 staff will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from qt99 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• Always log out of your account when using a shared or public device, such as a cyber cafe computer or a borrowed phone.

KYC Verification

qt99 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require a Member to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before a withdrawal is processed or an account feature is unlocked. This may involve the submission of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. qt99 handles all submitted KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the qt99 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qt99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Supported payment methods, transaction limits and processing times may be updated from time to time and are displayed on the relevant payment pages of the Platform.

Deposits

The following rules apply to all deposits made to a qt99 account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no deposit fee charged by qt99, though your payment provider may apply charges on their side.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are typically credited to your qt99 wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment network.
• qt99 will only accept deposits made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• qt99 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests from a qt99 account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. There are no withdrawal fees charged by qt99.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by the qt99 payments team on a same-day or next-business-day basis under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the qt99 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• qt99 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of KYC verification, an ongoing account review, or an investigation into suspected fraudulent activity. Where a withdrawal is withheld for more than five (5) business days without resolution, the Member should contact the support team for an update.

Bonuses and Promotions

qt99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including a welcome bonus for new registrations and periodic reload and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers credited to a qt99 account unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Member and per registered mobile number. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and betting markets specified in the relevant promotion. Where no specific games are specified, the bonus may be used on all real-money games except those with a contribution of 0% to the wagering requirement.
• qt99 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has already been credited to your account, the credited bonus will remain available subject to its existing wagering requirement.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned to qt99 on request. If the bonus has already been wagered or partially wagered before the error is discovered, qt99 may adjust the account balance accordingly.

Bonus Abuse

qt99 employs automated and manual systems to detect patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinated abuse across multiple accounts; and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, qt99 reserves the right to cancel all associated bonuses, forfeit associated winnings and close the Member's account without prior notice.

Responsible Gaming

qt99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Member base. The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is not intended to be used as a source of income, as a means of resolving financial difficulties, or by persons who are experiencing problems with gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members directly from their account settings:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit to your account.
• Session reminders — set a time limit for each gaming session, after which the Platform will prompt you to take a break.
• Loss limits — cap the amount you can lose in a defined period to help you stay within a planned budget.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qt99 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any associated bonuses and winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification or any other interaction with the Platform or its support team.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated in-play betting schemes.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime using the Platform's deposit or withdrawal facilities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, probe, scan or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform, including its games, payment systems or security controls.
• Abusing the customer support team through threatening, harassing or otherwise inappropriate communication.

qt99 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Member's conduct constitutes prohibited conduct under these Terms. Such determinations are final and are not subject to appeal except where expressly provided for in these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, game interfaces and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the qt99 Platform is owned by or licensed to qt99 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any qt99 intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to your compliance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from qt99.

Privacy and Data Protection

qt99 collects, processes and stores personal data from its Members in connection with the provision and operation of the Services. The types of data collected, the lawful bases for processing, the retention periods applied, and Member rights in relation to their personal data are described in full in the qt99 Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering a qt99 account you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. qt99 will not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qt99 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any nature (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive) arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to: losses arising from game outcomes, betting results or wagering activity; losses arising from technical failures, errors, interruptions or downtime of the Platform; losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. qt99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Amendments to These Terms

qt99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When amendments are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes that significantly affect Member rights or obligations, qt99 will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Members via the contact details registered to their account prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact the support team to request account closure.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between a Member and qt99 that cannot be resolved by the parties informally should first be raised with the qt99 customer support team, who will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation or support team escalation, the matter may be referred to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution mechanism under applicable law. qt99 is committed to addressing all Member disputes fairly, transparently and without unnecessary delay.
