Section 1

Introduction and Scope

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out how qt99 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") collects, uses, stores, protects and, where applicable, shares the personal data of individuals who visit the qt99 website at https://qt99.cam ("Site") or who register as Members and use any of the services offered through the Platform. This Policy forms part of the qt99 Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside that document.

This Policy applies to all personal data that qt99 processes in connection with the Platform, regardless of the device or browser used to access the Site. By registering a qt99 account or continuing to use the Site after this Policy has been published or updated, you confirm that you have read and understood its contents and consent to the data practices described herein.

If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should discontinue use of the Platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account and request deletion of your personal data.

Section 2

Data We Collect

qt99 collects personal data through three primary channels: data you provide directly when registering or using the Platform; data generated automatically by your interaction with the Site; and data received from trusted third-party partners who assist in delivering our services.

Data You Provide Directly

  • Identity data: full name, date of birth, gender, and government-issued identity document details where required for KYC verification.
  • Contact data: registered mobile number, email address where provided, and your chosen communication preferences.
  • Financial data: payment method details such as your registered bKash or Nagad mobile number, transaction history, and deposit and withdrawal records. Full card numbers are never stored by qt99 — card payments are handled by our certified payment partners.
  • Account credentials: your chosen username and hashed password. Passwords are stored in one-way hashed format only and cannot be retrieved by qt99 staff.
  • Communications: the content of any support chat, email or other correspondence you send to the qt99 team, including attachments you voluntarily submit.

Data Collected Automatically

  • Device and browser data: device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, and language settings.
  • Network data: IP address, approximate geographic location derived from IP, internet service provider, and connection type.
  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent on each page, links clicked, game sessions started, bets placed, and navigation paths through the Site.
  • Cookie and tracking data: session identifiers, authentication tokens, and analytics data collected via first-party cookies as described in Section 6 of this Policy.

Data from Third Parties

  • Payment processors: transaction status confirmations, reference numbers, and payment method identifiers from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and card payment networks.
  • Identity verification providers: the outcome of KYC or age verification checks (pass, fail, refer) where qt99 uses a third-party verification service. Document images are handled by the verification provider and are not retained by qt99 beyond the compliance period.
  • Fraud and risk management partners: risk scores, device fingerprint data and flagged transaction patterns shared by anti-fraud systems to help qt99 identify and prevent fraudulent activity.
Section 3

How We Use Your Data

qt99 uses the personal data it collects for the following purposes, each of which is supported by a lawful basis for processing as described in Section 4:

  • Account management: to create, verify, maintain and secure your qt99 Member account, including processing your login, handling account queries, and executing requested account changes.
  • Service delivery: to process deposits and withdrawals, settle bets and game results, apply bonuses, and provide customer support in connection with your use of the services.
  • Identity and age verification: to verify that you are aged 21 or above and to confirm your identity in compliance with our responsible gaming obligations and Terms and Conditions.
  • Fraud prevention and platform security: to detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions, account takeovers, bonus abuse, money laundering and other conduct that may violate our Terms or applicable law.
  • Legal compliance: to meet our obligations under applicable laws and regulations, including record-keeping requirements, responding to lawful requests from regulatory or law-enforcement authorities, and enforcing our Terms.
  • Platform improvement: to analyse aggregated usage data, game performance metrics and Member feedback in order to improve the quality, reliability and range of services offered through the Platform.
  • Marketing communications: to send you promotional offers, bonus notifications and platform updates relevant to your interests, where you have opted in to receive such communications. You may withdraw consent at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.

qt99 does not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on Members, except where automated systems flag accounts for human review in the context of fraud detection or responsible gaming interventions. In all such cases a human reviewer makes the final decision.

Section 4

Legal Bases for Processing

qt99 processes personal data only where it has a recognised lawful basis for doing so. The primary bases on which we rely are:

  • Contractual necessity: processing required to fulfil our obligations under the qt99 Terms and Conditions, covering account management, service delivery and payment processing.
  • Legal obligation: processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, including anti-money-laundering rules, age verification requirements and financial record-keeping obligations.
  • Legitimate interests: processing for fraud prevention, platform security, service improvement and internal analytics, where those interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.
  • Consent: processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have given a clear, freely given, specific and informed opt-in consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Section 5

Sharing Your Personal Data

qt99 does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We share personal data only in the limited circumstances described in this section and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose.

Service Providers

  • Payment processors: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and card network partners who process deposit and withdrawal transactions on behalf of qt99.
  • Identity verification providers: third-party KYC and age verification services used to confirm Member identity and age eligibility in compliance with responsible gaming requirements.
  • Technology and hosting providers: cloud infrastructure, database hosting, content delivery network and cybersecurity providers who store and protect the Platform's data infrastructure.
  • Fraud and risk management providers: anti-fraud systems and risk-scoring platforms that help qt99 identify suspicious account activity, prevent bonus abuse and protect the integrity of the Platform.

Disclosure Required by Law

qt99 may disclose personal data to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies or courts where we are legally required to do so, where disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of a person, or where disclosure is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We will notify you of any such disclosure where permitted by law.

Section 6

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

qt99 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, maintain your authenticated session, and understand how Members use the Site. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website server when you access the site.

Types of Cookies We Use

  • Essential cookies: required for the Site to function correctly. They enable core features such as user authentication, session management and security controls. These cannot be disabled without breaking the Platform.
  • Analytics cookies: first-party analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors navigate the Site, which pages are most visited, and where users drop off in key flows. This data is aggregated and anonymised where possible.
  • Preference cookies: remember your language preference and display settings so the Site loads with your chosen configuration on return visits.
  • Security cookies: used to authenticate Members, protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks, and detect suspicious login attempts or session hijacking.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will impair the functionality of the Platform. qt99 does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Section 7

Data Retention

qt99 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements. Account data and transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from account closure to meet financial record-keeping requirements. KYC and identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission. Support correspondence is retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication. Analytics and usage data is retained in aggregated form for up to three (3) years.

Where personal data is no longer required for any legitimate purpose, qt99 will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our internal data disposal procedures. Anonymised data from which all identifying information has been irreversibly removed may be retained indefinitely for statistical and platform improvement purposes.

To request early deletion of your personal data, contact support at [email protected]. Where a legal or regulatory obligation requires retention for a minimum period, qt99 cannot delete that data until the mandatory retention period has expired.

Section 8

Data Security

qt99 implements a range of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and the Platform; encrypted storage of sensitive data fields at rest using industry-standard algorithms; strict access controls and role-based permissions that limit access to personal data to authorised personnel only; regular security audits and vulnerability assessments; and incident response procedures to detect, contain and remediate data security incidents in a timely manner.

While qt99 applies reasonable security best practices, no security system is entirely impenetrable. In the event of a data security incident that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, qt99 will notify affected Members promptly and take all reasonable steps to contain the incident and mitigate its impact.

Section 9

Your Privacy Rights

As a qt99 Member you hold the following rights in relation to your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact the support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request". We will respond within five (5) business days of receiving your request.

  • 👁️Right of access: you may request a copy of the personal data qt99 holds about you, together with information about how it is processed and on what legal basis.
  • ✏️Right to rectification: if any personal data qt99 holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that it be corrected or completed without undue delay.
  • 🗑️Right to erasure: you may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent, or where it has been processed unlawfully — subject to overriding legal retention obligations.
  • ⏸️Right to restriction of processing: you may request that qt99 restrict processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as where you contest data accuracy or where you have objected to processing pending verification of our legitimate grounds.
  • 📤Right to data portability: you may receive a copy of the personal data you have provided to qt99 in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means.
  • 🚫Right to object: you may object to processing of your personal data where qt99 relies on legitimate interests as the legal basis, including objecting to direct marketing communications at any time without providing a reason.

qt99 will not charge a fee for handling a valid privacy rights request and will respond within five (5) business days. Where a request is complex or involves a large volume of data we may extend this period and will notify you. qt99 may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request to ensure data is disclosed or modified for the correct person.

Section 10

Children's Privacy

The qt99 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and above. qt99 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below the age of 21. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

If you believe a person under 21 has registered a qt99 account or provided personal data to the Platform, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so that we can take appropriate action without delay.

Section 11

Third-Party Links

The qt99 Platform may on occasion reference third-party payment services such as bKash or Nagad and game content providers. qt99 does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites or services. Once you leave the qt99 Platform, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you use in connection with your qt99 account.

Section 12

qt99 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations or the services we offer. When we make material changes, the revised Policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes affecting your rights or our core data practices, we will endeavour to notify affected Members via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, you should discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure by contacting our support team.
